Where can I sale my 5 month old shih tzu purebred akc

I just purchased her for 600.00 and I wont be able to keep her. I live in central fl. Does anyone know where I might be able to sell at like a pet store or on consignment. Please give me good answers, thanks!!!

First, contact the breeder. If she's a good breeder, she will take the pup back rather than have it go into a rescue.

Have you talked with your family, friends and coworkers to see if any of them would be interested in her? Your primary concern should be getting her the very best home possible, not how much money you can get for her or how much you paid for her. Advertising in a newspaper is risky. You don't know the people and what their true reasons are for wanting the pup. Even if you can't keep her, she deserves a good life.

Another thought is to contact your local all-breed club. You can find out who to contact by going to the AKC website at www.akc.org. Click on Clubs in the navigation bar, and then click on About Clubs when the page changes (it's on the left side of the page). At the bottom of the About Clubs page, there's a link that says "Search for a club in your area." Click that. Click on Conformation Clubs when the page changes. Leave the club type at the default "all breed," but choose "Florida" under Select a State, and then click "Search." Find the all breed club closest to you and contact them. They may be able to help you find a good home for her.
