Shih Tzu's are beautiful dogs..There is no reason you couldn't find a good home for her.

I am a breeder, and in my contract with new owners it says that for any reason, you can't keep the dog, to contact me first. Contact the breeder! They will probably be able to find a home for it. If that doesn't work, contact the rescue organization for that breed. If the link I gave you isn't for you area, they will be able to direct you to the right spot. Don't expect to get money for the dog, you won't. The breeder may give you some, but probably not. They won't be able to sell it for that money.

Unfortunately dogs live more than 3 months. When getting a dog plan to own it for 10-20 years! Get it back to the breeder and never get another dog.
Try to sell her on line. There are site's for selling your dog. Puppy Find is a good one. If you want to sell her locally then post a picture at your local groomer's, or pet store. This way you can meet the people and see if they deserve her. Just because someone has the money doesn't mean that they will be a good home.
