Usually the pound or a local rescue.
People dump them all the time because Beagles and Pugs are kind of a hard mix to deal with. Unfortunately you have a hyperactive scent hound.
in a shop
try the newspaper or greenvilleonline.com
Also, there is a place called freecycle.com you might want to try.
good luck =)
Try a Pug rescue, shelter or petfinder.
Please remember though the cost of getting the dog is just a fraction of what it will cost each and every year for food, toys, shots, heartworm/flea meds and vet care. On average a dog costs at least $2,000 a year to maintain. Some can run a lot more.
Check your local humane society and shelters. Please do not support breeders that purposely breed mixed breed dogs, they're only one step from being a puppymill.
Puggles aren't a "breed". They're a mix between two breeds. You can find pug/beagle mixes in shelters. Never buy from a pet store. The conditions they come from are absolutely horrible. You'll also never find a "good" puggle breeder. No good breeder would cross two breeds to come up with "designer dogs" that they can sell for the same price as purebred dogs, or maybe even more.
