However that "free" puppy could end up costing you a ton by the time you have him her altered and shots done and that's if the puppy is in good health to start with. Why are you so desperate to find a puppy? Have you done your research on what kind of dog you want? They are a lot of work, and a lifetime (up to 15 years) of commitment.
