Where would one find a respectable chihuahua breeder2007-11-25 2:55:04

is there specific websites or where could you find pups where the breeder is well qualified to buy from? not someone just to make some money...

Why dont you look on petfinder.com for a little puppy. Dogs from breeders find homes easily, but pound puppies aren't so lucky.

its the AKC website.. its got a list of breeders of all breeds of dogs that is registered with them. hope this helps.

First kudos to you for wanting to do this the right way!

There is no better experience then getting a dog from a reputable breeder.

I highly suggest you go the the parent club fo the breed.

From there I would see if they have either a local breed club to your area. From your local club you can find a reputable breeder.

I did this exact thing when I decided I wanted to find just the right Collie dog. Not only did I get an amazing dog, I now have a wonderful new human to call my friend.

When you go to a reputable breeder you have someone that will help you and direct you whenever you need them.
