Which Dog should i get2007-11-25 2:55:33

I have been chatting with two breeders. A labrador breeder and a potuguese water dog breeder. Which do you prefer and why? I like the black and white portuguese dogs best, but i don't know which color of lab i like... because i want the most exotic. What do you know about silver labs? Thanks if you can answer any of these questions.

I would go with he Portuguese water dog. Labs seem to be everyones favourite but not many people talk about their tendencies to have nasty temperament. You should go meet the dogs and see for yourself. Spend time with the breed and her dogs, take each one for a walk and take it for a test drive...good luck with your choice. Research, and read.

Well myself if you want a lab to rescue one out of the pound on death row. As labs are commonly put to sleep in shelters. PEDIGREED PAPERS LABS ARE PUT TO SLEEP EVERYDAY, there is a majority that are not registered but purebreds none of the less and they make wonderful companions. As for the water dog, they are more rarer of a breed. Your gonna have the make the choice in the long run.

SILVER LABs are not registerable.
