Depends on the dog completely. Chicken is usualy easier to digest, (my dog wont eat food with chicken cause he thinks its nasty)

To be honest, Pedigree isn't a very good food though, You could probably even save money by trying a better food that has more usable nutrition, which means less food for each meal, less poop, and a healthier, more energetic dog with a shinier coat that doesnt shed much.

I fed my dogs pedigree once upon a time, and when I switched do to another dog not being able to eat it, My dogs went from older lazy 4 legged shedding machines, to some puppylike balls of energy, (saved money in vaccuum cleaner filters alone)

Considering there are a lot of much higher quality dogs foods available. Then it must really come down to your and your pets individual needs. My own dogs do very poorly on a corn based diet. Since Pedigree is a corn based dog food i avoid it like the plague. Read the back of both bags side by side and see which ingredients are more to you likening.

Or take the real food challenge and try something meat based instead of plant based.
