Which dog is right for me2007-11-25 2:55:32

i have asked this question once brfore, but now i know exactally what i want in a dog. the dog can not exceed 20 lbs. i want a dog that will be frinenly and playful with childern at least 4 years old. i want a dog that wont bak unless it is neccary. i want a dog that will always want to be near me. he or she will sleep right next ot my bed. i want a dog that will be easy to travel with. i want a dog that will defend it's self if it needed to.

Go to your local pound. Spend about a half an hour or an hour there playing with a few of the smaller calmer breeds for a few days in the next two weeks. You will get a feel of what traits you really like and probably just end up falling in love with one.

why don't you just get a stuffed animal you don't seem like you want a dog you seem like you just want all of the fun stuff and not the hard work if you'd like i can send you a picture of my dogs and you can put it by your bed

well Chihuahuas are good but i don't know how they would be around children but my cousin has Pomeranians and there real good around my baby cousins that are 2 and 3 years old so they would be good( good luck with whatever dog you choose
