Which is the best insurance company to usefor my 7 year old dog please
there quite a few out there that are good like direct line but personally im with petplan and thei very good may i just say how responsible u sound its important 2 have ya pets insured it saves a whole lot money !2 have 2 be spent all at once! when ya pet does become ill .ive been there myself and after having a dog that became seriously ill with know insurance its a total head doer!it cost me and my partner over 2000, 2 have im in the hostipltal and we ended up having2 have him put down in the end anyway !it was awful!! so get your dog insured asap prefrebally when their pups gudluk with it all hun xx

You could try Tesco (I think you can get a quote online) - I've got my cats who are 7 and 5 insured with them.
I recently asked my vet the same queston and she actually told be that they all have fine print and may not cover problems you want them to. She recommended that whatever I planned on paying for insurance taht month I put away and save. That way I would have the money in case of a medical problem.
Pet Plan, costs a bit more but you get better cover.
Also think about opening a savings plan & putting money in each month to cover any future trips to the vet.
Vets are not cheap.
