Vaccines should also be given one at a time and about 2 weeks apart to be really safe.

Well that's nice. I'd give your vet a call anyway. The puppy also needs to be wormed. Feed store wormer doesn't work for all the worms either. Usually they are given in a series of three. Usually decent breeders don't let their pups go until at least 8 weeks. I think 6 weeks is too young for vaccines.

Do NOT give either a 7 in 1 or an 8 in 1 vaccination to a puppy (or even an adult dog) that is far too much vaccine.

A puppy also should NEVER be vaccinated before it has completed it's 7 th week and it's much prefered to be 8-9 weeks.

The only vaccines a puppy should get:

distemper/parvo/canine hepatitis/adenovirus-2.

I also want to point out that just because you are experienced at giving cattle and horses vaccinations doesn't mean you are good at giving vaccinations to a puppy.There is a difference on how they are administered.
