Who has ordered pet food on-line
Has anyone ordered their pets' food online, from someplace like amazon.com? I would rather buy from a local store but my choices are limited. I am interested in learning what other people's experiences have been.
What brand of food did you get?
From where did you order it?
Is the food well packaged?
Is it fresh?
Has delivery been prompt?
How far ahead do you need to order?
Answers:We order Life's Abundance on line, that is the only way you can get. They make their food fresh (lessen preservatives) then ship it out. Automatically it is shipped every 3 weeks, and it is always on time.They have an auto ship and unless we stop it it will keep coming. I like it.

I used to order on line until one of my pet stores started to carry Canidae. It came double packaged and was very fresh.
Just remember to reorder 2 weeks ahead of time this way there is no way you will run out. Shipping charges were not to bad if you ordered before you ran out of food. Express delivery is always very expensive.
In light of the recent pet food scare, I don't even want to buy the stuff from the store, let alone from a stranger over the internet.

I have not ordered food online. Just be sure it is from a reputable place, and make ure they have a guarantee. Most pet food companies offer a guarantee and if your pet doesn't like it, or it arrives damaged, etc you can return it.
