I'd say yes, if her nipples are swollen she is most likely pregnant. Have you noticed any spots of blood anywhere in the recent past? That would be a sign she was in heat. If the male's testicles have dropped chances are he can make her pregnant. Puppies are normally born within 2 months of mating and is a big responsibility. If you want them born healthy the mother should be taken to a vet right away for a check up and she should start eating puppy food.

Her belly will begin to swell; within a week or so of giving birth her activity will begin to slow down quite a bit and she may lose some of her appetite. Within 24 hours of giving birth her temperature will drop a couple degrees. Her normal temperature is around 101 and it could drop as low as 97 or 98 right before birth. That's a breeder's first warning that labor has begun. You check it anally. She won't mind but you might. Then she'll probably get the chills and want to be in her birthing place. You should have a whelping box set up in a quiet room, NOT outside. The puppies should be kept very warm; she can do that herself if in the right temperature room.
