Awesome??? Don't be daft.

We are trying to ban them from New Zealand because they are killing kids over here.

Just last week one woman killed, one kid hospitalised and the other kid dead because Pitballs came into their property.

And the owners do nothing ... not even chain them up.

The good thing is .. hey . the Police put them down.

pits are great just some ppl who own them suck.one day i hope more ppl will its not the dog or breed(s) fault its the owners...of any breed or dog that attacks.

They are smart, beautiful, protective,loyal, loving, playful great great pets if raised right. Pitbulls are used in rescue, help our police and some are service dogs just to name a few thing.

And sometimes they even smile at you. LOL

If they are raised properly & neutered/spayed young, they are great dogs. I've been around quite a few of them & for the most part they get bad raps. I've had chows or chow mixes for 30+ years & they have a bad reputation too. All mine have been spayed/neutered at 6 months & socialized with people & other pets. Before the one I have now got old (she's 12), the neighborhood kids would come & get her in the winter to go sledding with them. I've seen my friend's pit do the same thing. They pull the sled to the top & sit on it to ride down without the kids getting off them. It's crazy!
