I never noticed until about three months ago, and it's been puzzling me ever since.

Answers:A lot of animals have these little folds. I am not certain as to why, but I would guess that it has to do with hearing when they move their ears it must help with catching sounds.
If you find out for sure, I would like to know.
ALL dogs have that little "pocket"!!!
