I saw this on animal planet before. I think your dog has kidney stones. Go to your vet and have it checked out. If this is true, your dog needs to undergo an operation to remove them.

You need to get your dog to the vets to see whats going on. could be a UTI or kidney stones. either way your dog needs medical attention.

Probably something wrong with bladder, urinary tract, maybe kidneys but you need to see a Vet ASAP because this will not resolve by itself. He may have a bacterial infection. It could also be the DOG FOOD.
