Dogs need lots of excercise, and mental stimulation.. If they dont get it from their owners, they will find a way to get it. Very simple way to prevent it

Spend time with her, and excercise her mind and body... put up a fence... and make home her favorite place in the world. It also helps if you take her on a leash to check out the neighborhood..
