Most puppies pee in their kennels if they are left in there long enough to not be able to hold it in anymore. Also some dogs pee in their kennel because they feel comfortable in there and its marking their territory. I'm sure your puppy is potty trained and knows to go outside, but sometimes when you can't hold it, you can't hold it...
