Why is my husky so mad

Why is my husky so mad2007-11-25 2:56:29

PS: I am actually recommended trainer by the local Husky Rescue. I also have two Malamute dogs (Another sled breed) in training (One is an inactive former sled dog). They are happy dogs because their owners are super active people.

Get of his foot, and he might calm down.
Because its a husky duh!

They are crazy, energetic dogs who are bred to be worked, not as pets

there is really not enough info here but probably because it is not getting enough exersize. I love the beauty of this dog but can't have one because they need extreme amounts of exersize.

I have trained my sheapard to walk on the treadmill he is older and walks slow but you could probably walk your dog a lot faster and burn some of his energy that way on top of regular outside time

he needs snow
Dog usually get mad when they get frustrated. They will get frustrated because of not getting enough ex cerise, attention. Huskies like their space, I mean they are the closes thing to a wolf
What do you mean by mad? can we have some additional details?

Destructive? A lot of them are, they were not bred to be stuck in a house while owners are @ work.

One of the oldest domestic dog breeds, the Siberian Husky was first domesticated among the wilds of, well, Siberia. The Chukchis tribe used the dogs as guards and pack animals, and these traits led to the dog's import to Alaska in 1909. Here, they were used to run sleds during the gold rushes. Because they integrate well in to a pack, can withstand harsh environmental conditions, and are suited to long, hard work, Huskies seemed the perfect choice for this back-breaking labor. Perhaps because gold mining is a touchy business with quick pay-offs, the use of sled-dogs for hauling was often turned toward entertainment instead. Cross-country races such as the All-Alaska Sweepstakes utilized Huskies in their teams, as well. An early proponent of the breed, Leonhard Seppala, immortalized them (through inclusion) in his race to deliver medicine to the diphtheria-stricken city of Nome in 1925. This trip, and the dogs that enabled it, is commemorated yearly with the Iditarod race. Today, however, the Siberian Husky has fallen from the ranks of sled dog glory. They have been replaced with faster hybrid dogs bred specifically for racing. The Husky is now mostly a family dog, though they can be used for pleasure mushing and are often successful show dogs.

the dog needs to be worked it is not a breed were you can only be bothered taking for a walk when you can be bothered & must be walked on a lead.
