Why is my puppy not able to see outside during the day but at night she sees perfectly outside2007-11-25 2:56:30

The vet says her eyes look perfectly fine. They dialate and he doesn't know why she has this problem. She is able to fetch inside the house and she is able to fetch outside at night.

she's probably sensitive to light. some ppl are like that.

you need a second opinion. find another vet and have her checked. or it could be that the dog is simply affraid of something outside during the day.

Go to a different vet and get a second opinion. Something is wrong with the puppies eyes. How old is the dog and is it a heredity trait the dog might have picked up from its parents

What makes you think that she has a vision problem, 'cuz she doesnt fetch outside during the day? I think it is a "behavioral" problem, too much activity outside in the same general area, her attention is drawn to that instead of playing fetch w/you.

Why is your puppy not able to see outside during the day but at night he can see outside in the dark fine? One is probally its just sensible to the light. So just get him to a doctor to see what you can do to help him or her to see okay outside.
