They do have treatments for mange, which is caused by tiny mites that burrow into the skin, and people can actually get it too, but it's called scabies in people. Better get them treated before you get to itching too.

If you don't like dogs, something is wrong with you, as they are psychologically supposed to be the easiest animal to bond with. I am guessing you are just a cat person and don't like the whole biting and licking your face thing.
