I wouldn鈥檛 and this is why. I love this breed. It鈥檚 now my favorite breed. And they are very nice dogs. To the people who don鈥檛 like pits its probly cuz u never petted or u just like to read like what the news says. Go to this Website http://www.understand-a-bull.com/bsl/oth... . And this has way less pits in it than any other dog. There a very nice breed. I would help to do anything to save them. And I would allow pits to be next to my 2 youngest siblings. A 2 month old and a 2 yr old. My pit is the biggest baby on earth. He loves other people and definitely other dogs and kids. He loves to play. And he allows my baby sister who is 2 to sit on him, pull his ears, accidentally trip over him, etc. my chow doesn鈥檛 like other kids. She will only give my siblings kisses. But nothing else. She won鈥檛 bite them.

I agree with you 100%!! Our pitbull is a big baby! We have to worry more about our chocolate lab puppy, than we do with our pitbull.my 8mo niece loves to crawl all over him, pet him (basically rip out fur) and giggles liek crazy when he gives her kisses!

He is the most wonderful, well behaved, sweet natured dog I have even owned!

i agree they have a bad rap, people want to ban everything that they think is bad for them or may kill them but if that happens, what would we be left with, there are way to many over sensative, paranoid people in this word.

I have no idea why people would want to ban them. Yes, there have been cases of attacks, but my old poodle made me bleed more than my pitbull. My pitbull was the sweetest, biggest baby I had ever had. They are wonderful pets if they are raised right, along with all other dogs. If you are mean to a small dog, they will be just as mean back. Great articles!!!
