I am wondering roughly how much do small dogs (Dachshund,Corgi) gain when they are pregnant? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think approximately one sixth to one fifth of her own weight. It really all depends on how many puppies she ends up with, etc.
Best idea would be to call your vet and ask. They know these things and are usually glad to give you this kind of answer.
