This frees up some of my time with my morning ritual of feeding not only my dogs but my own chickens and ducks.
Now if I could only figure out how to keep the same birds out of my chicken/duck feed. . . I've tried everything and am only hoping that my own birds eat the most of the feed and that the free world birds only get the left overs.
Once birds have discovered a food source, they will stick to it! The feeder will draw some away, but more to your yard. The best thing to do is not put out a constant supply of dog food. Maybe feed your pet 2 x a day, and empty whatever is left over. No food supply = no birds.
