You can do this with his food too. Pick up the bowl when he's half way through. When he growls yell "NO!" Make him do a trick and give it back. If he gets used to you picking up his food, he will eventually realise that you getting close to his food is not so bad. Eventually I would let the kids do this too. That will teach the dog to respect the kids as well.
why in the world would you want to feed a pet raw food .as for the aggressive thing you must beat the crap out of the dog every time it shows aggression and take the food away the best why to stop this is to hand feed him and make him take it from you easy the only reason he is doing this is your letting it happen and are giving into him .
