Remember that dogs don't depend on their eyes to the degree we do. They can still attack by following scent.
If an aggressive animal remains uncontrolled, it is not their own fault. The blame lies with the owner.
try it out on a drunk human first. if it works on them, it will work on the dog. also not to cause damage, dont set them alight.
It can cause permanent damage. Plus it would more than likely just make the dog madder. (Just a side note, do you really carry hairspray in your purse??)
