Of course she'll remember you! I hope you have a good picture of you that she can look at every day, and not be lonesome for you! She is at the age where she needs to think of you as her "security blanket"! Good luck in your year overseas!

I really don't think the puppy will remember you. You have to remember it is just a baby.

I hope your girlfriend will keep up with the training. Make sure she keeps the puppy in the house. You don't want her to get tired of it and make it a outside dog. That would not be fair to the puppy. Plus this type of dog is supposed to be a inside dog!!!

Tell your girlfriend that to think of the puppy as a baby!! At 3 months old that is what she is!!

I assume you are in the military since you stated that you were being "sent overseas" so I think you've got bigger things to worry about then your puppy. But I admire you dedication to the animal. Don't worry if you shower it with love (which I can tell from your post you will do) when you get home it will be happy to see you. Good luck overseas and Thank You for your service.

umm..hard to say... i had a dog for 5 1/2 years (had to give her away) but 2 months.hard to say. I think it will...they remember scents very well. And most likely will recognize you.

Before my husband went to Iraq we got a puppy, and she remembered him, and went crazy w/joy to see him when he got back. Stay safe and stay smart when you go over there. God bless
