Will using Febreeze on my dogs bed harm her2007-11-25 2:56:57

or does anyone out there use other methods for keeping it smelling nice?

We've used that around our dog and haven't had any problems.

In terms of other ways to keep your dog's bed smelling nice, just wash it once a week or so (If it's machine washable). You can also avoid letting your dog eat treats or chew rawhide on her bed. :)

I use it on my dog beds...it makes it smell so much better.I also saw it in the commercial so I don't think they would advertise using it in that manner if it could harm her. Hope this helps!

I wash my pups bed with regular laundry powder and then dry it and then spray febreeze or that odor ban spray on it. It will dry before you let them lay on it. They are puppy deorderizing perfume spray i spray on her and or her bed and she is fine.

We take our dogs' beds out and beat them once a week, then spray them with fabreeze on the side they don't sleep on lightly. Then we leave them out to dry completely. This seems to do the trick and the dogs seem no worse for it.

No, but I would let it dry before l let the dog lay on it , I wash my dogs bed when i wash her(which is about 2 times a month) so she isn't laying on a dirty bed. I wash her bed with laundry soap and baking soda(it absorbs odor), then i spray it with Febreeze.
