I am really not sure. If they do not have the UK on the site it probably isn't there. That's a shame since it is a very helpful site for finding & rescueing pets!
I believe petfinder does not offer services outside the US.
I would think the UK would have something similar though. Perhaps a kennel club chapter can point you in the right direction. Good luck.
