I have a brittany spaniel she is a year old and she has terrible gas all the time i took her to the vet they said change her food i have tried all kinds of brands every different kind makes it worse except puppy chow it helps a little but she still has gas what can i do to stop or make it so it's not soo bad?

Answers:

Feed a dry food with no corn, soy, or beet pulp.

Put a spoon of plain yogurt on the food..Walk her often, as walking expells gas Outside!

Try a sensitive stomach dog food, and be sure that it is dry food, not wet. Science diet makes the kind I feed my dog, and it works well. Also be careful what types of treats you give her and that no one feeds her table scraps. If it persists, consult your vet again.

Unfortunately a gas mask is about the only other thing i can suggest! seriously try charcoal powder( from pet shops) or charcoal dog biscuits.

Ok Have you tried Nutro dog foods? Dogs like people have gas.. But if you keep changing their diet, it going to make it worse. They a dog food for a month and see if there is a change. DO NOT USE CAN FOOD. Dry only. Many people mix can and dry and if you dog has a sensitive stomac then it is just going to be worse.
