I do not think any pet shops offer discounts for students.You can try adopting a dog at SPCA.However,they will access whether you and your family are suitable pet owners before approving your adoption application.Having a pet involves lots of responsibilty,time and effort.

If you want to purchase a puppy,maybe you can also try the pet farms at pasir ris (normally cheaper than the pet shops)

Probably not as it's assumed that a full time student would not always have the proper amount of time to spend with a dog as they need. I doubt they would promote it by offering a discount.

nope, but i think SPCA do charge a lot lesser then pet shops for doggies and other pets. and i believe they do have pure breeds once in awhile too. hope this helps!
