im looking for a dog that doesn't grow, a really really small dog, and i was wondering what dog should i get and what will be some really cute names?

Answers:

http://www.petfinder.com is a great place to find a pet to adopt! They have pups to seniors! I love Beagles! They have two sizes 13 inch and 15 inch. They are loving, loyal. They will do anything to please you. they love everyone they meet and are not aggressive. They love to cuddle too! They don't really bark that much either unless you leave them tied out, which you should never do. Many smaller dogs like to snip and bark constantly (not all, but many).

NAMES: Shiloh, Diamond, Bianca, Nena (spanish for baby girl), Blaze, Bear, Grizz, Sugar, Honey, Lola, Tinkerbell, Belle, Angel, Spirit, Crystal, Dakota, Princess, Bailey, Rocky, Scrappy, Sage, you didn't mention a sex, so here are a few of each! Good Luck!

Well unless you are an evil scientist with some secret formulas dogs will grow. I suggest Teacup chihuahuas they are so tiny and cute. And if you get one name it teacup.
You should get a teacup chihuahua and for names you should name it what its personality is like, or its color. For Example I have a blue teacup chihuahua and I named him by his color so his name is Blue.
get a peek-a-poo. they are adorable! my peek-a-poo's name is zoey and it fits her well. my friends peek-a-poo's name is tootsie. when i first got mine we considered Sasha.she's a small dog.
get a jack Russell they are real small
