one of my dogs has a pretty bad ear infection and i know echinacea can be used to help cure this in humans. Any advice?
Answers:You need a real antibotic, see if the the vet will sell you a tube of MalOtic without an office visit. It probably won't cost any more than a bottle of echinacea..

My Golden suffered from ear infections along with allergies. I used Hollistic medicine. You also have to be careful when bathing them. I put cotton in his ears. Good Luck
Don't think so for an infection and I never heard of it curing an ear infection in humans. Dog should have an antibiotic for the infection. Primarily used for colds in humans I think.
