I have a 10 week old miniature beagle puppy and he likes to chew on me!! I've tried punishing him, giving a toy to him but he still likes to latch on to my arms and legs! Any suggestions on what I should to do get him to stop?

What worked with the German Shepherd pups I've raised that had that problem was to hold the pup's mouth closed, look him straight in the eye, make my voice low and in a growling tone (just like the mother would discipline a pup) say NO BITE. Then when the pup looked away (meaning the pup submitted and recognized you as his boss), I would then hand the pup his Nylabone, Gummibone or PlaqueAttacker (all good safe chewtoys for dogs, as long as they are of the appropriate size and not too small) and say in a friendly happy tone, here's your toy. After a few lessons, my pups got the message. The only one that didnt, got the same lesson from a retired brood ** who did the same thing I did when he went to chew on her, except she was a lot firmer about it! He did get her message, and after that, when I did my correction, he listened to me too. Maybe he decided that he'd better pay attention to me before I called in the tougher disciplinarian again!

Be firm and say NO! repeat it if you have and act as if you have been really hurt by them.

Beagles are pack animals and they generally don't attack within the pack.

Whimper if need be and let the puppy know that it hurts and they will tend to stop.
