for those people who answered the question about he ear infection, please read it again. we are using the cleaning solution and the drops and every other thing the vet is giving us. Comments like if you can't afford it you shouldn't have it are totally uncalled for. I am sorry I used such a lame method to get help for a poor animal that was destined for the needle ..

Sadly there are a lot of rude people on here but some really nice, helpful ones too. I just learned to skim over the rude, nasty comments. Don't let them bother you.

one vet that i worked with swore by using a mixture of vinegar and water, rinse out his ear with it and wipe the outside off with a towel. good luck.

Sorry you weren't very specific in your question and it just sounded like you hadn't been to the vet. I apologize. If the infection hasn't cleared then you need to contact the vet again, Cleaning solution does not take care of an infection. Your vet should be able to give you medication if there is an infection. If the stuff that the vet gave you isn't working you should call them back up and tell them that. They will probably be able to dispense a different medication without needing you to come back for another office call.
