she is a strange eater- only picks at her food instead of eating it all at once. she comes back to it thruout the day.weird. have not noticed the rainy day thing but she definielty is lazy!!
I have a Pit Bull/Grey hound mix and she is terrified of storms. Whenever it rains she will skip her meals so she won't have to go outside and use the bathroom as much. I first thought it coincidence but after nearly 4 years of her doing it every rainy day it can't be just coincidence.
Border collies are one of the smartest breeds and are very fast learners. I don't know if they think of consuming less because of lack of activity so much as maybe they don't eat so they won't have to go out as much!
