my dog always seems too have a grin!!
Answers:my dog does too. He is always grinning when we play with him and he sometimes makes these weird snuffly sounds and buries his head in the sofa.
Cats though I don't know about. Mine is very affectionate but generally cats are too aloof to pay attention to their stupid owners and they certainly would never laugh!
Remember dogs have owners but cats have staff! lol

when i talk to my little dog peanut he always smiles and looks like he wants to laugh ;but can;t..when i talk to him his mouth is going up and down after every word i say. maybe one day he;ll say lets go walk now/////////////
Yeah, i noticed this with our too. he seems to be grinnig before he demands food or a walk or when he wants to play.
