Is there a difference in looks, between a frog that is pregnant and a frog that has dropsy? And how can you tell them apart?
Answers:a frog that has dropsy will have swollen legs and swollen body it must be treated quickly or the frog could die.
a pregnant frog will have a swollen belly only
Well... African Dwarf frog is probably not pregnant. If he is super fat, then he is probably having a dropsy. I don't think African dwarf frogs will commonly get pregnant.
mine was pregnant and well it stomach was red before! it was pregnant for about a year!( it could of been nine months but who would keep track!)
