After advice on here ive moved my goldfish (aged12) from a bowl to a large suare tank but it isnt ea

I had found it on the carpet after jumping from the bowl (dont know how long it had been there) so i got a tank with a lid. Its swimming around a lot more but theres what looks like skin thats come floating off it.

Add a very small amount of non-iodized salt (plain or kosher salt; check the ingredients to be sure there's no iodine), like a pinch, to the water.
