If female mollies are pregnant and there stomach gets too big will they get dropsy?

Answers:No, they won't. Dropsy makes them appear fat, but is caused by any one of several different diseases and is not caused by them being fat or pregnant.

no, dropsy is a disease, it has nothing to do with how fat they get. It MAKES them fat when they get it, but being fat doesn't make them get it. You should watch her, though, because even though it looks quite easy for them, bearing fry is extremely stressful.
