Breeding Shubunkin goldfish

I have 3 goldfish in an outside pond. 2 are shubunkin goldfish and the other is a white and gold comet.
i'm not sure how to tell which are male or female.How do i tell the difference?
Can i breed them?
My little boys would love some baby goldfish.
Any advice is more than welcome.
Keep in mind I live in australia iin the Far north Tropics.
weather is warm 10 months of the year.
