Can I also keep 5 blood parrot cichlids(about 2.5 inches), 3 electric yellow cichlids (about 1.5 inch), 1 white skirt tetra, 1 srpae tetra, 2 common goldfish (about 2 inches), 1 plecostomus ( about 2.5 inches) in a 30 gallon tank?

You really need to start shopping for several new tanks. Many of the fish you have are going to grow quite large and a 30 isn't going to be able to handle it. Your goldfish are going to be tortured by the cichlids, as will the tetras. They all have different dietary requirements. Feed the african cichlids african cichlid food.

You can feed them crickets, but your tank is way way way way over stoked, you cant even keep ONE blood parrot in the 30 gallon.

Return the fish they shouldn't even mix goldfish are cold water while the rest are tropical.

Dont the petshops ask you what size tank you have and what fish you already have before selling you anything - Oh, wait, obviously not! Not a good mix of fish - many problems I see on the horizon for you young fishkeeper. You can feed them most bugs but always check with the petshops or websites incase of toxins, Oh yeah dont forget wild caught ones run the risk of carry pesticides etc.

You put south American cichlids, African cichlids, tropical fish and goldfish in the same tank? Are you planning on adding a few saltwater fish to mix too?

Your way overstocked and although everything may seem fine, your fish are very stressed and shouldn't be kept this way.

Next time, do your research outside of the pet shop and figure out how to keep healthy fish the right way.
