My miniature Blue killed a Chinese algae eater. The guy at petco promised me he would never do that. So before I go back to petco would another fish be Ok in there?
It is a 10 gallon tank. The only reason I bought the filter was because of the Algae eater.
Answers:The petco guy isn't well informed. Your crayfish will catch and consume any fish it can catch.
Why? Is the lobster hungry still?
Firstly size doesnot matter. A lobster will be a lobster & no matter what u tell it it won't listen 2 u . So here's a suggestion "Get a new tank" . Keep the fish & lobster separate. At least then u can be assured dat the fish won't be killed.
If you want to keep another fish in your 10 gallon tank, invest in a divider. That's the only way you can keep a fish in the tank with the lobster without it getting eaten while it's trying to get some rest.
