Dwarf frogs are tropical and need a heater. Assuming you have a large enough tank, 10+ gallons, they could potentially live together.

White clouds come from a colder area of Asia, so can do OK without a heater, but if you are putting all of these guys together be sure your tank is big enough for them all. Also, watch your betta around the others as they can be aggressive at times. Hoped that helped!

Your betta could probably live with a dwarf frog and a school of maybe 5 or 6 white clouds in about 10 gallons of water. No less, or the tank will be overstocked; not to mention the betta will not have his space and might end up being aggressive.

However, regardless of the tankmates or tank you keep your betta in, you will most definitely need a heater for him. It's an essential part of betta care that is too often overlooked. Keep his water warm and clean, and you will avoid almost all common betta diseases. Seriously; you'll regret it if you don't get one.
