I'd say no. YoYos are one of the more delicate loach species in general. Maybe a tiger (helodes) loach if any loach would be able to do it. As scaleless stream fish, they thrive in super clean, super low hardness waters.
I think it would be stressful and inappropriate for you to attempt to keep them in higher salinity waters since its so far from their natural habitat.
I would say no. Most loaches I can think of are sensitive to salt and certain meds, can actually burn them.
