corys aren't that good at eating "just food scraps". you should feed them sinking foods. they don't eat attached algaes -- they don't have the mouths for it.

Just scraps on the bottom, This doesnt meen to say you dont feed them, You still have to put sinking catfish pellets in, Dont rely on them just to pick up scraps.

just scraps from the bottom only plecos or Siamese algae eaters eat algae i say the best ones are cherry shrimp

they eat algae very good and fast and also clean your plants

just make sure if you get shrimp make sure that you dont have anything at eats shrimp or is big enough to swallow it
