I HAVE 14 FISH BUT I DONT KNOW THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THEM CAN U HELP
Answers:If you look very closely at their mouths, you will notice that the male fish all say 'Bob, Bob, Bob'.
There is a slight variance in the female fish mouth - she will be calling the male fish 'Slob, Slob, Slob'...

Get 2 TVs and put them at opposite ends of your tank, put Coronation Street on one tell and the footy on the other, see which end the fish swim to.
dont take this as gospel..but i think its summit to do with the fin on the underneath of the body and the length of it or summit, if its long its a girl and if its short its a boy ..but like i say dont take that info as gospel

When goldfish are in breeding condition males will have white dots over their gill covers, and the males will chase the females in the hope of encouraging them to spawn. Other than that, I can't really say.
I have Shubunkins in my pond. The females are fatter than the males which look more streamlined. Also the males will chase the females like mad things if they have eggs to lay. I asked this self same question a few weeks ago!
male fish usually have bigger dorsal fins although this doesn't apply to every breed it's worth checking
