I'd highly suggest getting a largish clear glass vase, some pebbles, a peace lily, water purifying solution, and a gallon jug. you need to prepare the water first.follow the directions on the solution (which you can find in the fish (pet) department at Walmart). Put the pebbles in the bottom of the vase, fill with prepared water. Remove all potting soil from peace lily.includings its root. Get a small plastic container (the kind that go under potted plants, can be found in the gardening section of walmart) it needs to be big enough to snuggly fit into the top of the vase without completely falling in. Cut two slits in the bottom of the container, carefully push the peace lily roots through the slits. Put fish in water filled vase, put roots into vase and push the container into the top of the vase. The fish will naturally eat the roots of the peace lily.don't worry it won't kill the lily. Once a day feed the fish a pinch of tropical fish food (found in the fish (pet) department at walmart). No more than once a month clean the vase and pebbles. A good way to tell its time to clean the vase and pebbles is when the water gets cloudy.
