How should I medicate a non eating blackmoor gold fish2007-11-24 23:34:53
The fish is looking slugish, often at the surface and hasnt eaten for three days, it might have white spot if only slightly. I am currently only treating the water with 'aquasafe', I also have 'contraspot' ich medicine and aquarium salt but I 'm not sure whether I ought to mix them. Any advice is appreciated.
Answers:I would do a 70% water change and not mix medecines I would also get melafix to treat the disease but the best remedy is pristine water

I wouldn't mix, try the contraspot first and see if that helps the situation. I've used that before with some success. Good luck!
Fish Mox- for control of common bacterial infections in fish.
do a partial water change then add salt as a treatment (use twice the recommended amount for medicinal purpposes)
