Guppies drop every 21-35 days. Keep in mind that they will drop anywhere from 4-6 times from a single sexual encounter, so if you only have females now, expect lots more in the months to come. Expect anywhere from 10-40 babies per drop. Separate the adults from the fry if possible - the adults are likely to eat the fry. If you can't separate them, make sure you have lots of floating plants or hiding places for them.

Feed either crushed flakes, cooked egg yolk (put it in a spray bottle that's never seen any chemicals, add tank water, shake well - spray a spritz or two on the surface and keep in the fridge for up to a week), or specialized fry food (Hikari makes a great fry food called First Bites). They will need to be fed 4-6 times daily. Make sure the water stays clean - weekly 20% water changes will need to be done. Use airline tubing to siphon the water instead of a normal gravel vacuum to make sure that you don't suck up any babies.

You could have babies in a day or never at all, it's very hard to tell as the mother will only birth when she's un-stressed and ready.

I've seen guppies stay "pregnant" for months on end, and I've also had a slim mother explode into 20 fry. And I say explode because the mother disappeared!

Good luck though, it's fun! And they'll grow up to be healthy on normal crushed tropical fish food.
