Sounds like fungus or ick- Get thee to a walmart for both fixes and add to your tank asap or they will die. It may be too late already if they are at the bottom already. You need to always keep your tank healthy by changing the water 1/3 at least once a month. DO it slowly and treat with a little natural rock salt most stores carry it will tell you how much for your size tank. Also change filters regualary and check the ph, Amonia, cholorine etc once a month and right away if they act different. If your fish die off reset your tank for two weeks before buying new fish.
its either fungus or signs of aging. sadly but yes they're going to die
I take it, that you have two red female mollies if that is the case I would suggest get a couple of males so that they can spawn, they will die if they don't mate I had just one molly in my tank and she did not last a month because she was lonely, and that could be the case with your mollies
Yes, they are dying, anytime they sit at the bottom for long periods of time, that means that they will die. I have experience. As for the whiteness, that may mean they are not getting enough nutrition.
